| Suddenlink slowdown
I had a tech out here to the house to check my service. While he was here he told me that Suddenlink had too many users for the bandwidth available. Parts are on order to correct the problem; however, they come from AT&T and are backordered (unknown ETA). We are all irritated with the situation but Suddenlink is working on it. If you call cust. service, they will discount your premiums until the problem is corrected. I imagine the HDTV boom accounts for a lot of the issue. I wish they could cut that back a bit to ease the problem a bit. |
