The specs say there better but our test did not. When connected to our AP running at 36dB EIRP we had to turn down the TX of the Delib unit to 24dB to match the signal strength the Delib unit reported. We were able to go out further at a higher setting but the Delib unit would not hold a link. The 12dB unit may be better matched but I will not spew 500mW off of a 12dB antenna. Their web site says "a screaming 500 mW output power". Screaming is right but I don't need radios that scream but can't listen. I have been requesting RF plots on their forum for the 12db antenna for nearly a year and still have not received one nor do they put it in their specs.

I tried to get 2 of the 15's to link in a clear LOS 5 mile link and it kept dropping the connection. Matt had me turn down the power, said it was too much power for that distance and I should use the default 20dB. I turned down the power and they wouldn't even connect. I think the 500mW was a big mistake. There isn't enough receive strength to support that much power. I sent them back to DoubleRadius.
