Re: Embarq CenturyTel Merging im just guessing but i dont think you can compare prices between these two companies. usually prices are directed at the number of access lines a company has if you look across the board AT&T probably has the best rates of all telcos. i believe the prices will stay the same as embarqs or go lower yet just because centurytel is quadrupling the amount of access lines they will have. The more access lines a telco has the more buying power they have on things such as modems, cable, electronics. they will get better prices and our prices should go down barring any government involvement on the usf. |
