Your right about the cash for investment. Well maybe the govt can bailout the Wireless carrier businesses with billions so they too can make acquisitions and pay themselves collectively billions in bonuses -- "For duty and humanity!" - Moe Larry and Curly (MEN IN BLACK, 1934)...These are the guys we have in Congress
