| Embarq We recently completed installation of a fiber connection from Embarq. I check and of the sites listed here Carbonite is the only one I can confirm we are cut off from. Embarq locally appears to be purchasing upstream *only* from Sprintlink which I complained to them about during price negotiations. I'm going to use this as justification to complain some more. I may take the opportunity to point this out to CenturyTel as well.
