The CRTC is partners-in-crime with Bell Canada. Bell Canada cries foul to the CRTC and the CRTC gives into Bell Canada every single time. It's no surprise that the CRTC will rule in favor of Bell Canada claiming that Bell Canada has not broken any laws and 3rd party wholesaler's will suffer the blight of Bell's throttling for their very existence or until they cease to exit. |
