Howdy, thanks for taking the time to look over my post. I have been with VoiceMeUp.com for around a year now since I ported my mobile numbers over from Rogers Wireless.

I have since moved to Prague in the Czech Republic I am on a 8mb DSL connection. I experience clear calling to North America roughly between the hours of 10pm EST to 5pm EST however outside this time quality ranges from poor to unusable.

I am aware there could be a collective of probable causes for this black area in quality. As a first step I want to ensure I am getting the most out of my SnomM3 and SIP provider configurations before I begin to pull on the rope further.

I have attached screen shots of my phone and providers admin areas. I have set aside one number I don't use often as a test number and I am willing to trial error multiple configurations. Any assistance you can provide will be greatly appreciated. Also I can answer any questions regarding you may have.

Thanks so much.

It is advisable not to post your account credentials, especially posting with attachment.

What assistance are you seeking from readers here? Please be more specific.

Thanks, the first attachment wasn't suppose to be uploaded, if I could remove it or have it removed that would be great.

I am looking for alternative configurations between my Snom and SIP provider. I have done my best to display the options I have to work with. Looking to optimize my settings to hopefully gain a wider range of clear calling outside my listed timeframe.

Change your ISP to a better one. In a short term don't use codec with compression (G.729), use G.711 instead.

There is an [b]Edit[/i] button at the bottom right side of the post that allows owner of the post to edit the post within a designated time frame. Otherwise, contact the moderation in action to request the attachment to be removed.

Perhaps, the problem lies within your internet connectivities from your end to your VoSP end.

Wish I could. Not an option as my building is committed to a specific provider.

One of the benefits VoIP is independent. You should be able to use your device with a subscription to other VoSP that is not tied to a specific VoSP.
