| Ah the good ole days When I was a kid I usually was out trick or treating from 6-10pm, usually ended up with between 2-3 green garbage bags full of candy.
Nowadays with all the safety and whatnot, I find that most people buy their bags of candy directly for their children so they don't have to go out trick 'or treating during the night.
These days one has to consider the pros/cons to the ole traditions, it's just cheaper to buy the candy your kid likes and give it to them at the end of the night than it is worrying what the locals will give you in candy.
I still remember the candy apples I would get during Halloween, 90% of the time they were rotten and needed to be thrown out.. |
