I was aware they throttle BT and some FTP sites as I've read. But does Bell throttle http traffic using port 80? |

Hmmmm I seem to recall that some VNC's were affected. This is in effect HTTP.
Or maybe it was encrypted VNC's which is also HTTP. |

Acually when bell throtles my BT (tvuplayer) the web is slower as well
Test with TVU (356 kbps stream)
test without TVU
