[Throttle] Does Bell throttle HTTP traffic as well?

I was aware they throttle BT and some FTP sites as I've read. But does Bell throttle http traffic using port 80?

No they do not throttle http traffic AT THIS TIME. They may or may not do so in the future.

It doesn't reach the speed they advertise anyway if you live in the CO and there is no throttling, due to 15% overhead. Its been like this for years.

Hmmmm I seem to recall that some VNC's were affected. This is in effect HTTP.

Or maybe it was encrypted VNC's which is also HTTP.
