VOD Error Code

Lately, I've been receiving an error code SRM-A001 when attempting to watch a VOD. If I re-boot the box (SA-4250HDC) there is no problem. It doesn't happen all the time but it is becoming more frequent. Customer service has no solution other than a re-boot. Has any one else been experiencing this?

@comcast.net		 THE SRM-EERS ARE USSUALY COMCAST NETWORK.. MAYBE DOING WORK IN THE AREA ? CHANGING LINES ? COMCAST IS UPGRADING THE NETWORKING.. I WOULD CALL 1-800-COMCAST AND THEY WILL TELL YOU WHAT IS GOING ON.
