I agree with you that white space devices will cause problems because the proposed power levels for the portable devices are too high and the fixed base stations should be nominally licensed but how does that have anything to do with Clearwire, Xohm and their future nationwide licensed WiMax network?

Wait till some morons get it and the issues start.
This just means they can play the we don't need to add capacity longer and continue to over sell older networks and cap the crap out of you all further.
