 | Even if the connection weren't capped, the bandwidth at the *server end* is often far too low. What good is all that bandwidth (even 16/2) if you can max it maybe five percent (or less) of the time? |

What's the difference? I have the 16/2 tier now and most connections max out at 8mb anyhow. Depends on what you are getting and where you get it from. Some downloads only go 50KB/sec, does that mean I'm capped at 50KB/sec? No. It means the server is junk or severly limited
