1. Trojan Hunter
2. Trojan Remover

I could be wrong. Trojan wise though. I think Trojan Hunter and BOClean are possibly the top 2? I do not care about other programs that pick up trojans with other things as well. Just interested in trojan only programs. I am currently using BOClean. While it works great. My problem is the loading time when logging in. It takes about 30 seconds for it to load.
