I am currently on 10/1, and will be upgraded to 15/2 on Time Warner.... and I want the 2 Mbps upload. But if there would be a 8/2 tier that was $10 cheaper, I would probably downgrade too. Same upload speed, and I can get just as much work done on 8 Mbps. -- Obama 2008 - Because McCain is more of the same!
