I think you mean Linksys?

Yes, a Linksys router is compatible with Verizon DSL, however, you must either have the router attached to the modem or you must have a Linksys with a built-in modem. If anything, connecting a Linksys to the line/modem won't make a difference disconnect wise most of the time if the line itself is losing sync or is just losing the PPPoE/DHCP lease. Some modems are more tolerant than others and some just work better than others. I wouldn't be able to tell you personally since I'm using a Westell 6100 to Linksys WRT54GX setup here.
