| reply to MarkAW Grabs is getting better at dishing it off, but yes he does seem to have a penchant for hanging onto the puck a couple seconds longer than he should.
It's not all the time however, so I'm hoping the coaching staff is making a difference there.
That Hagman-Kulemin-Grabs line has been dynamite the last few games. They are extremely fast, talented and are finally putting the puck in the net on a consistent basis. |

| reply to shaner Grabovski reminds me of that speedy Russian we had a few years back he was a total puck hog. Don't get me wrong Grabovski is fast and all but at least he shares the puck ones he gets into the other teams attack zone unlike (?) someone help me out here. |

| reply to shaner Leafs are managing to claw back into games where last year they would have simply rolled over and played dead. Aside from that butt kicking the Habs gave them that seemed to stun them into a coma, the Leafs have shown a grit and drive that was horribly missing during the last number of years with the "old boys club" atmosphere that had infected this team.
A good test will be Boston Thursday night, the Leafs owe them a beating, but good...

They have their crappy moments but they are working hard out there and scoring goals AND putting on pressure. |

Kulemin needs time to adjust to the smaller surface. It's coming along. His return pass to hagman on the 2 on 1 was awesome. |

| reply to shaner i liked grabovski early this year (not having seen him before)...during the preseason, he showed signs of speed and nice play, but wasn't getting much in the way of points...i was hoping his hard work would start to pay off and it now is...i was surprised Montreal gave up on him so easily (although i think the Leafs gave them a second round pick for him)...kulamen shows signs of flash too, and great speed, but i think still needs a year or so before he starts to put up some decent numbers...he could also stand to gain a few pounds...grabovski is even starting to play a little physical, which is really inspiring as he isn't very big...both he and moore were out there throwing the body around the last couple of games...while they certainly won't lay anyone out, they have been causing numerous turnovers. -- Best Marketplace Ever: »www.cbc.ca/marketplace/speed_bumps/

And they have yet to lose back to back games in regulation this year. -- GO LEAFS GO! |

| reply to shaner Dopey coverage in the defensive end. Leafs fall to 1-4 in OT/SO. But, when you think about it, I think they made comebacks in all of those games??? So they would've had 0 points but came out with 6 of 10 - not bad. -- ....where's my fiber? |

Fantastic hockey to watch nonetheless. Latched onto a nice 500kbps stream (I have no cable). -- ....where's my fiber? |

| Well, the buds are at it again. They spotted Carolina a 3 goal lead and are now tied in the 3rd. Grabovski has been fantastic, and the pucks are finally starting to go in for him. He could be a 50 goal guy someday. -- The opinions in this post are wholly my own and in no way reflect the opinions of, or are influenced by my employer. |
