Directv at 2 locationsI was told that with DirecTV you can have one satallite at each address pay for only one account and keep a separate receiver at the second address and you will be able to use the service at both locations. I called DirecTV and they wanted me to set up two accounts. If this is avoidable by buying a separate satallite and just keeping a second receiver at my other home I would like to know |

what does buying a separate satellite has to do with the second home... if the home has a dish and a receiver all you gotta do is have them send you a new card... |

DirecTV terms of usage are that 2 residences require 2 separate accounts. But...if you were to buy and install it yourself and brought one of your receivers to your second address AND never plugged it into a phoneline or internet, then there would be no way DirecTV would know. |
