| Re: Recording from external source said by TCub :hmm, neither have I but if you provide enough information maybe we could work through this. iMac's and all the software on them are easy enough to play around with and figure out. So what exactly is your external hardware? And can you/will you be hooking it up to your iMac and is it compatible? The external hardware is just a cassette player and cables to plug into the input jack of the computer.
All i have for software, is what came with my Imac. As mentioned, I never used Garageband. Will Itunes do it also? I'll look at the recommended link given to try too.

| Re: Recording from external source Try that software in the link, it it doesn't work out right then you oughta give GarageBand a try. I've only used it like twice so far to make ring tones out of songs for my iPhone but being something from Apple it should be pretty easy to figure out, and if not there should be plenty of good tutorials on Apple.com on how to properly use it! Good luck! | |

I saw NOTHING about recording from an external source. And, it was very, well. Lets say I don't know about beats, notes, scales, Ect... -- "Unable to comply"
