Re: What happens if cows fly? Because people are still shopping for ISPs, and when making a decision on which one to pick, it's good to know where a potential ISP stands. You never know what's coming but these things give us a good idea.
Verizon's a real pain in their competition's ass, and it's great for consumers. I'm sure Time Warner, AT&T and Comcast wish they would just implement a cap; collusion doesn't work if everyone's not on board!
