It is a BFD because it chills the innovation by and restrains the trade of those (AT&T competitors if AT&T is more than just a dumb pipe) who will provide valuable services over the internet.
My complaint is all the people complaining about the caps who either A, don't know how much bandwidth they use, and are always under the cap, or B, the people who know how much they use, and are also still under the cap.
How many of us here will actually hit these caps? I know I don't even top 15GB a month with 3 computers and VOIP.
