we need FIOS now.

those caps are ridiculous. Will these caps apply for the Southeast?
If so, why not match the prices of Bellsouth to AT&T DSL prices while we are on it.

Don't be surprised if the V puts caps on and throttles down the upload speeds on FIOS.
