anon : My ST870WL worked in Portugal with the provider SAPO (Portugal Telecom). I now brought it to Namibia & can't get it reset to its default state in order to configure it for connection to Namibia Telecom ADSL. The reset button does not reset, it keeps asking me for a username & password but does not accept the previously used user & password. I only have the Portugal Telecom CD for installation. The Thomson website does not help either. What can I do???
