| My question is... Ok, if they are going to impose these caps, are they also going to provide us with a way to monitor our monthly usage? And by that I mean, not just what our own network monitors tell us, but their official numbers.
If they don't, it would be like giving a speeding ticket to people who cannot tell how fast they are going.
I am betting they won't.
