New speeds in washington state

Well, last night my modem was rebooting on its own for about 10 minutes straight. After it stopped, I preceded to visit speedtest.net, and what do you know, I have a new ip and upload speeds.

The thing is, I can download from Microsofts site at 2.5 megabytes per sec and upload to a nearby ftp at about 500kb/s.
