I haven't seen any that are square, though. I have a square hole in the tile, so I thought my next best option is to just buy a fan housing at Home Depot or something that has a decent cover, and gut out the insides to remove some airflow resistance and noise. It seems that is the only viable option here..

I would first try contacting the manufacturer to see if they have a recommendation.
