| reply to geonap Re: loop pricing? what do i need to know about local loop?
I know that ATT changes about $400/m (undiscouted) for the local loop of a T1 when it includes service (PRI or data/internet). I think I'm paying around $280/m each for just the loop on my PRI line and data line.
At my last job they had 2-3 T1 lines running between remote sites (schools) to the district office and had 3 fractional T3s running from there to the county main office. I could never find out how much they were paying for any of that, but someone told me that one of the fractional T3 lines was 50x more than 3 T1s.
Site to site might be considered 2 loops: one from you to the CO and another from the CO to the data center. Call ATT, you should be able to get an answer from them over the phone. |
