Re: I say again.  I have a feeling that a company like Time Warner will not attempt to enforce caps in markets where Verizon FiOS is the competition. The question is what will happen in a market where the DSL ISP's are competing with a Cable Company that is also employing caps. I believe that customers in those markets will be told by their ISP's to bend over and spread their cheeks so that their ISP's can stick it to them. |
