yo... im a gamer i go online in the morning at like 12ish my internet is perfectly fine get pings on cod4 of 40ish for past 2 weeks its been playing up i have no clue  i go onto a server my ping is normal then il play for 5-10 mins and my ping rockets up between 80-140 which then i am unable to play could any1 tell me whats going on as i have restarted my modem several times to try and fix it but just still does the same, im with sky broadband and have been reliable now for a year or so had no faults untill now, i have got 5mg cheers |

England | Probably your router if it's happening 5 - 10 mins after you start to play.
Check for apyware + viruses etc.
I'd put money that your nat table is getting filled up and choking though.

| its been fine for past year tho y would it start now... ive emailed activision just incase its call of duty see wot theyre response is tbh but i just want it sorted or a sollution, i phoned my internet provider 2day to sort it they couldnt find a fault... hmmm i dont know anything about comps but ive asked quite a few people online (gamer mates) who said they aint seen that b4 :S heeeeeeeelp  |
