The 8800gts 640 takes ~100W at load vs ~130-160W for the GTX260 depending if you bought the 192SP vs the newer 216SP version or bought a factory OCed card. |

It will add 100 watts to load max, so add up the peak current drain. If it's less than 1500, you are fine.
