Yesterday I had a guy come in and he insisted that his phone was effective because it dropped a call (like no one has ever have that happen to them) he spoke with the manager and they exchanged his phone]]></description>

I'm not saying Dell quality is inferior (most of their products are far from it), but people are given the choice of a equal quality product, they will choose whatever they feel is more friendly for them.<br><br>Being a former iMac owner, I can swear by the quality of apple products.<br><br>PS.
