In the United States of America, the right of a private company to do business WHERE they want and WHEN they want without big brother making the choices for them. What is this world coming too. The Constitution says nothing about states dictating the terms under which business can operate in their respective boundaries.
Actually, it just dawned on me, the 10th Amendment actually give states those rights to do just the opposite of what you've stated.
"The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."
