Extended reach is 768k only. If you can get 10M, you're out of a CO or RT, with regularl ADSL/2+ service. |

| Then you are probably not extended reach (judging by the price you likely are not). It is more likely a remote was put in nearby, which would also explain why you can get 10M when you previously could get nothing. As far as I am aware, the extended reach program letters actually say "extended reach dsl" is being offered to the area. |
