joako Premium join:2000-09-07 /dev/null ·AT&T U-Verse	[Rant] HP Tech Support They sent a used laptop main board (it boots up and shows a random serial No.) with a broken keyboard connector. I call HP and tell them what is going on and the Indian tells me that I will be charged for another replacement board. I explain (again) that the board arrived damaged I was told that I can go through some elaborate escalations process but he can not send out a new board right now. So now I have a two broken main boards and a lovely ten-digit case number and a promise from "Chris" that he will call me "maybe as soon as tomorrow." -- 09:F9:11:02:9D:74:E3:5B:D8:41:56:C5:63:56:88:C0

Will call tomorrow, not reference the last replacement and just tell them it does not start up.
