Will call tomorrow, not reference the last replacement and just tell them it does not start up. Sent me three new notebook batteries to replace one bad one for inconveniencing me. joako Premium join:2000-09-07 /dev/null ·AT&T U-Verse	They sent a used laptop main board (it boots up and shows a random serial No.) with a broken keyboard connector. I call HP and tell them what is going on and the Indian tells me that I will be charged for another replacement board. I explain (again) that the board arrived damaged I was told that I can go through some elaborate escalations process but he can not send out a new board right now. So now I have a two broken main boards and a lovely ten-digit case number and a promise from "Chris" that he will call me "maybe as soon as tomorrow." -- 09:F9:11:02:9D:74:E3:5B:D8:41:56:C5:63:56:88:C0
