<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/198350"><b>joako</b></A> : <br>They sent a used laptop main board  (it boots up and shows a random serial No.) with a broken keyboard connector.<br><br>I call HP and tell them what is going on and the Indian tells me that I will be charged for another replacement board. I explain (again) that the board <i>arrived damaged</i> I was told that I can go through some elaborate escalations process but he can not send out a new board right now.<br><br>So now I have a two broken main boards and a lovely ten-digit case number and a promise from "Chris" that he will call me "maybe as soon as tomorrow."<br><small>--<br>09:F9:11:02:9D:74:E3:5B:D8:41:56:C5:63:56:88:C0</small>]]></description>
