Sent me three new notebook batteries to replace one bad one for inconveniencing me.
Had my screen replaced with a used screen that did not work and they replaced it with a new one and said they were sorry. --------------------------------------------

| I called the other night and got disconnected, called again tonight and got the above crap.
Will call tomorrow, not reference the last replacement and just tell them it does not start up.
