I'm wondering how much of the problems that people must be having (I assume people leave because of some issue) are related to their internet connection and NOT to the vonage service itself.
if you have a crappy connection, you will have crappy vonage service.
btw, I have a pretty good connection and I rarely have problems with vonage.
