| reply to jchambers28 U-verse is neither fiber nor DSL, it's a service that can be delivered over either one, depending on where you live.
AT&T is generally doing FTTH in new areas and retrofitting older areas with VDSL. -- AT&T U-Hearse Your funeral. Delivered.

elios join:2005-11-15 Springfield, MO | reply to jchambers28 DOCSIS 3.0 is great and all but i think FTTP is the way every thing needs to go and might as well do it now then have to upgrade twice seeing as how long it takes for the cable and telcos to do ANY upgrades |
|
1 edit | your right but its cheaper for the 3.0 upgrades. The way I look at is the cable modem will be around for the next 10 to 15 years before fiber will used at a persons home. |

 | reply to djrobx I laughed so hard the first time I saw it. This commercial can somewhat seem deceiving. |
