The method at »portforward.com/english/routers/···link.htm is the only way you can forward the ports you want in DB102. There is no other way to do it. And to port-forward each of those ports you mentioned, you will have to make one entry for each ports.
There are no easier way to port-forward in that DB102 interface, which is the same as the infamous ZTE ZXDSL 831 modem. If you want an easier method to do port forwarding, get a better modem.
