I noticed over the last few days that my download
speed has been capped? at 5.5 (6.0 package)..For the last 2 years it has been a steady 6.1 ....so the difference, while not that much, was noticable right away..
That is probably not capping. I would suspect either there is some trouble on the line, or a bridge tap has somehow gotten on the line.
You may want to take a look at your modem stats.
