In fact whose to say if you're on say 16 mbps you're not getting 8 Mbps most of the time? Since the speedtest results will always be inflated. I hope Charter never stoops to using this crap. If I'm paying for 10 Mbps I like to know I'm actually get 10 Mbps and not 5 Mbps. PowerBoost does have it's use - kills off the first 40MB of a download pretty quick - I like it!
As for sustained, I'm on the 16/2 Blast from Comcast... this is what I get - sustained.
Does ok.
