|  [Phone] Number Port Problem
Hi- we've had RCN's "Total Commumication Package" for 11 days. We're located in Woburn, MA. We switched from Comcast for all three services on 11/1. The number was originally issued by Verizon, which we had ported to Vonage, before the switch to Comcast, and finally, to RCN. We have discovered that people that we know that live north of Boston AND have Comcast Digital Phone cannot call us. It goes directly to Comcast voicemail, which of course, we no longer have access to. We can call them without any problems. I've been trying for 4 days to get this resolved with RCN without success. People that we know with Comcast phone service that live south of Boston, have no trouble reaching us.
