ERX4 should be coming back online shortly... Was downed not too long ago... Jigging some power around.

We're adding Gig-E connections 6 & 7 in order to be ready in case the ruling comes in our favour for the throttling and to make sure we're prepared for the future.

We're also adding some even bigger hardware (ERX1440) as well to the mix....
