We will only get charged $25 activation fee. Call answer is voicemail and call answer manager is only if I want 3 additional inboxes? We already received our new bill nov8, does that mean we would still be charged for another months service if we switch now?

Generally bell will charge you for the days between your last bill and your switchover date. Also they sometimes sneak in a cancelation fees but you can get those dropped with a hour long hoop jumping call to india.
