I'm experiencing a similar situation, when placing calls there's about a 10 second delay from the time I finish the last number until I it rings. Is this the same thing you're experiencing...and if so have you been able to resolve it? |

@ugi.com | I'm aware of that # key work around, is there any permanent fix that you are aware of, such as changing settings in the VOIP box? I have the Grandstream HT-502? |

Winnetka, CA | Reset your device (power cycle). The delay has been reduced from 4 to 3 seconds. |
