As of an hour ago, loopbacks to the smart jack and the router are coming up at 93%, they're opening *another* ticket with Verizon-a co-op ticket-the 2 techs show up at the same time and duke it out as to who's problem it is.What gives???
If they are taking errors to the smartjack that is an ILEC problem.
