Given that you can't read, I'll assume that you're a religious fundamentalist of some sort and/or an ADQ supporter. The poster has had Bell home phone for nearly 20 years and had Sympatico for some arbitrary amount of time in the past. That would certainly make him eligible to review this ISP.

@videotron.ca		 lol by that same reasoning everyone in Quebec and ontario could make a review under Bell since they all grew up with Bell in their house.
