It is pretty reliable. However, when Comcast has outages, the cable phone may go down with it. Other than those occasional hiccups, I think it is a great alternative to land lines. Out of 10, I give it an 8.5. The quality is great, you get a ton of features and I can fax over it like a regular land line. -- God saved me from myself! Thank you, Lord, in the Name of Jesus!
