Apparently it was a mess up in the system. And I thought they were finally getting serious about running a cable company. Apparently you have to have at least high speed internet to get Encore and Movieplex with their companion On Demand offerings. The On Demand part wont start till 11/21 according to tech support. The Encore and MoviePlex channels are already working here.
