Apparently you have to have at least high speed internet to get Encore and Movieplex with their companion On Demand offerings. The On Demand part wont start till 11/21 according to tech support.

Encore on demand has been showing up as free for some time. Apparently it was a mess up in the system. And I thought they were finally getting serious about running a cable company. Our friends Comcast service includes so much more...
